What to do if you encounter a problem at your hotel
Thankfully we get very few complaints from our clients but if you encounter problems at your hotel or apartment you must follow these basic rules:
1/. You must first complain to reception but if the problem isn’t fixed then you must speak to the hotels manager and if still unhappy then you must call the local agent or the emergency number shown on the hotel voucher supplied to you. If you don’t get an immediate answer to your phone call then you must keep trying as it’s vital that you make contact. If after making contact you still don’t get a satisfactory answer then you should let us know so that we can ask the hotels UK agent to intervene.
If this procedure isn’t followed then the hotels agent has a legally binding “get out clause” as they were not given the chance to correct the problem whilst you were in resort and your claim stands very little chance of being successful upon your return.
2/. 99 per cent of problems are resolved by following the above route but if you are still unhappy and wish to complain on your return then any complaints must be made in writing to us within 14-days of return along with details of the complaint and what action was taken to get the problems corrected. These time scales are set in stone by ABTA.
These are just two simple steps - that if followed, the hotel or its agent has great difficulty in defending.

Every week in the travel industry is different from each other week and one week we can sell a lot of holidays to Crete and the other sell a lot the Sharm el Shiekh.
Over the last week, the most popular hotel to be sold is the Aquis Zorbas Village in Crete.

What's New
What’s New?
After having a successful summer during 2009 we felt the time was right to bring in new technology and offer new features to our clients. First thing you will notice with the new Go-There.co.uk site is a new look. We wanted to create a new and refreshing website which is easy for you to navigate.
It is of course, not just a new look we have but a whole new booking engine as well as new features. Before, when searching for a holiday you would be offered the option to select a flight and then hotel. Now you are offered a flight and hotel at the same time. The cheapest option are displayed first and there is a link for you to select other flights if the original one is no appropriate and there are other flights.
We have also added new information which includes a google map so you see where your hotel is located, the weather for your chosen destination and a brief destination guide. There is also a brand new review section where you or other customers can add a review about a hotel or destination to help people choose the right hotel.
Clients will now have the option to book flight meals as well as travel insurance. We have also added package holidays and ski holidays which can be booked online as well as the popular Flight & Hotel search.
The difference between the Flight & Hotel search compared to the package holiday is that a package holiday is with a company like Thomas Cook, Thomson’s, Libra etc. When you book a Flight & Hotel holiday, the actual elements (Elements being flight and hotel) are booked directly and separately despite you seeing one price and only clicking one book now button. This is known in the trade as Dynamic packaging and it is a quick option instead of booking the flight first and then booking a hotel second. You will be booking both at the same time. There is still an in-resort agent and the holiday is ATOL protect along with us being ABTA protected so you get same protection if you booked a package holiday with Thomas cook or Thomson’s. The Flight & Hotel search will also work out cheaper 95% of the time as you are cutting out the middle man and that person is the operator themselves.
Unlike before infants are bookable online and a cot can be requested while booking. You also still get a choice of a Car Hire or transfer if you require these.
Another new feature is the ‘Manage my booking’ section. When you have booked, you will be able to login, view your booking, request an amendment and pay for your account if you have only paid a deposit.
We are still taking bookings in USD ($) and Euro (€) how ever due to the continuous change in currency, we can now only allow payment in full at the time of booking. If you pay GBP (£) you can pay a deposit.
